Simon Dymoke
Managing DirectorTim Bostwick and Simon Dymoke are the founding directors of the company. Originally Chartered Accountants by profession, having both qualified with Price Waterhouse (London office), Tim and Simon worked as Financial Directors with various small-to-medium sized businesses. Attracted by the dynamic and increasingly complex nature of the waste industry, Tim and Simon set up futur in 1994. Since then the same standards of professionalism have been at the heart of futur's growth and current reputation as a customer-focused business.

Tim Bostwick
Sales DirectorTim Bostwick and Simon Dymoke are the founding directors of the company. Malcolm Lawson
Commercial DirectorMalcolm is responsible for the ongoing development of both business and recycling opportunities. He works closely with our re-processing partners to ensure we have sustainable, best value outlets for our clients’ materials in all markets. Previous experience in waste management, transport and distribution give him a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of distribution management.

Mike Hodgson
Finance DirectorMike is responsible for all aspects of the companies finance including reporting to the board of directors and supervising the accounts team. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2006 after successfully running his own company for 9 years then joining Ernst and Young. His experience at E&Y included Auditing and Corporate Finance.

Simon Rawlinson
Engineering ManagerSimon is responsible for overseeing our equipment fleet including machine installations, ongoing maintenance and the development of new solutions. He has a wide range of industrial engineering experience gained with Pirelli and a major plastics compounder. In addition to his degree in Industrial Technology he is a qualified Environmental Auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

Brian Leitch MInstSMM
Account Manager ScotlandBrian is responsible for managing customer accounts and developing new business in Scotland. He has been working in the Waste Management sector since 1998 with UK Waste and Biffa and has both operational and sales experience. He is also a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.

Brian Saunders MCIWM
Sales ExecutiveBrian has extensive knowledge of our shopping centre business and clients and works to offer solutions in this sector. He has been working in waste management and recycling since 1980, previous positions include Principal Contracts Manager at Swindon Borough Council. He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management following completion of his Diploma in 1992.

Doug Stuart
Account Manager North EastDoug is responsible for managing customer accounts and developing new business in the North East. Working with futur since 1999 he has particular expertise providing innovative solutions for our food manufacturing clients.

Kelly King
Account Manager Key AccountsKelly is responsible for the management and development of key accounts. She has been working in the recycling sector since 1999 with previous experience including Recycling and Environmental Project Management for Oxford City Council and Commercial Recycling with Aylesford Newsprint. She has a degree in Environmental Science.

Lezlee Burke MInstSMM, MCIWM
Account Manager South EastLezlee is responsible for managing customer accounts and developing new business in the South East. With more than 10 years experience in the Waste Management sector, working with Hales Waste Control on National Accounts and ACM, she is also a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and the Chartered Institute of Waste Management.

Marianne Sinclair
Account Manager West MidlandsMarianne is responsible for managing customer accounts in the West Midlands. Based in Lemington Spa she has been working within the Waste Management sector since 2001 with Veolia and futur. She has a degree in Sociology.

Simon Norris
Account Manager North WestSimon is responsible for managing customer accounts and developing new business in the North West. He has more than 10 years experience in client development, focusing on Waste Management in the 12 months leading up to his appointment with futur.

Vicki Lambert
Account Manager East MidlandsVicki is responsible for managing customer accounts and developing new business in the East Midlands. Based in Essex she has worked successfully within the waste management sector since 2000. Positions include Account Managment and National Development roles.

Caroline Hughes-Miles
Service Procurement ManagerCaroline is responsible for the day to day management of our suppliers. Including pricing for national tenders, service level agreements and auditing of suppliers. Overseeing our price review process and supplier management she ensures we provide best value at the highest standards at all times.

Julie Mills
Operations & Office ManagerJulie provides PA services to the Directors, Manages the administration team within the office and supports the work of our Account Managers. She will set up and provide administration for customer contracts, oversees day to day queries from admin staff and Account Managers and supports them in their role.

Sam Wileman
Customer Services ManagerSam works closely with Caroline to manage client expectations and ensure quality of service. She has overall responsibility for recyclate exports and maintenance of equipment supplied by futur, working with Marion and Lucinda. Sam has extensive customer service experience and a National Diploma in Business Studies/Accounts.

Rachelle Jones
Recycling Team LeaderRachelle is responsible for administering all our customers recycling activities, producing monthly recycle returns and working closely with the cardboard mills and plastics re-processors on all aspects of the order process from booking to invoice. Rachelle manages the recycling team with their day to day requirements.

Amanda Williams
Accounts AdministratorAmanda is responsible for the administration of a significant number of large key customer accounts along with general customer service and administration duties. Previously she has worked as an Office Manager for Mays Carpets.

Caroline Burrows
Legal Compliance AdministratorCaroline is responsible for issuing and maintaining Duty of Care, Insurance and Waste Transfer Note records for all of our clients and contractors, ensuring full legal compliance at all times.

Deb Squire
Office AdministratorDeb is responsible for booking and scheduling our Moffett Mounty collection vehicles for Cardboard Recycling. She also manages the administration of a number of key accounts.

Karen Lacey
Customer Services AdministratorKaren is responsible for customer requirements on a day to day basis and supports both Julie Mills and Caroline Burrows. Karen is responsible for our legal compliance administration in Caroline’s absence.

Lucinda Kerr
Recycling AdministratorLucinda works in the recycling team and deals with all day to day requirements in support of Rachelle. Lucinda oversees our Export Department and manages the collections and legal paperwork for all our customers.

Marion Fox
Maintenance AdministratorMarion is responsible for all maintenance issues including service calls, ordering of spares, baling wire, wheelie bin supplies and any other ad-hoc order requirements within the office. Marion provides full support to Simon Rawlinson in this role.

Tim Harman
Management AccountantTim is responsible for the preparation of management account information for financial processes and audits including vat returns. He also maintains the fixed asset register and oversees debtor management. Tim has an NVQ from the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Anne Bayliss
Accounts PayableAnne is part of the Finance team, responsible for processing our purchase invoices and customer invoicing for individual clients. She is currently studying for an NVQ from the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Christine Daines
Credit ControlChristine is responsible for the management of customer contact to ensure timely payment of debts and day to day reconciliation of bank transactions.

Accounts AdministratorLynne is part of the Finance team, responsible for processing our purchase invoices and customer invoicing for individual clients. She is currently studying for an NVQ from the Association of Accounting Technicians.
